Delivery Methods and Timing

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 
  • All delivery will be delivered upon full payment either via bank transfer (offline) or debit/credit card payment (online).
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • The shipping fee for each region will vary but based on flat fee. West Malaysia (free shipping) | East Malaysia (RM20) | Singapore (RM30)
  • You will receive another notification (from courier company) via SMS and/or email when your order has shipped. 
  • The average shipping time takes about 3-7 days depending on your region. Contact us if you have not receive your items within this period.
  • To ensure the safety of your goods, we strongly recommend that you open and check your shipment as soon as they are delivered. If in any case the product was damaged from shipping, kindly lodge a complaint with the courier company as we have no control over this process.
