Refunds
Once items are sold, refunds can only be made within a 7-day period after receiving your products and after an assessment from our consultants and/or if received a statement from the dermatologist for any skin sensitivity issues.
*Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.*
Exchanges (if applicable)
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange (unless there was delay with shipping).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging (unless defect comes from the contents of the product themselves).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
